Politique d'Utilisation Acceptable
Règles et directives pour les employeurs et candidats utilisant notre plateforme de recrutement hôtelier.
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules for using the Staff Finder platform. All candidates, employers, and other users must comply with these rules. This AUP forms part of the Staff Finder Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
Staff Finder is intended for users aged 18 years and above. Access or use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Behaviour
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Creating fake accounts or providing misleading information.
- Uploading forged documents or false employment history.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
- Posting illegal, offensive, hateful, or explicit content.
- Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or disruptive communications.
- Impersonating another user, employer, or organisation.
- Using the platform for non-recruitment commercial activities including multi level marketing or unrelated solicitation.
- Circumventing any platform restrictions or protections.
Database Protection
The candidate database is proprietary to 360 Agency Middle East FZ LLC. Users may not scrape, copy, export, or systematically collect candidate information without explicit permission.
Platform Circumvention
Users are prohibited from attempting to identify or contact candidates outside the platform using information obtained through Staff Finder. This includes searching candidates on LinkedIn, social media, or other channels using profile information obtained from Staff Finder.
Automated Access
Automated extraction tools including bots, scrapers, scripts, or similar technologies are strictly prohibited.
Reporting Violations
Users may report suspected violations via support@stafffinder.io or through the platform support page. Staff Finder will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action.
Policy Updates
Staff Finder may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Enforcement
Accounts found violating this Acceptable Use Policy may be suspended or terminated. Legal remedies may also be pursued where appropriate. Users will be notified of enforcement actions where feasible in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates with jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah.
