This policy applies to candidates, employers and other platform users. It forms part of the relevant Candidate or Employer Terms and sets rules for safe and lawful platform use.

Eligibility

Staff Finder is intended for users aged 18 years and above. Access or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Behaviour

  • Creating fake accounts or providing misleading information.
  • Uploading forged documents or false employment history.
  • Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
  • Posting illegal, offensive, hateful, or explicit content.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or disruptive communications.
  • Impersonating another user, employer, or organisation.
  • Using the platform for non-recruitment commercial activities including multi level marketing or unrelated solicitation.
  • Circumventing any platform restrictions or protections.

Database Protection

The candidate database is proprietary to 360 Agency Middle East FZ LLC. Users may not scrape, copy, export, or systematically collect candidate information without explicit permission.

Platform Circumvention

Before a lawful profile unlock, users must not identify, locate or contact candidates outside Staff Finder using information obtained through the platform, including a displayed real name, photo or work history. This prohibits external searches on LinkedIn, search engines, social media or other channels and attempts through intermediaries. After a lawful unlock, the employer may use the contact details made available for legitimate hiring communication inside or outside the platform during the six month access period. On expiry, the candidate is removed from the employer panel and platform data access ends. Further access requires a new lawful unlock. The restriction on bypassing an unlock continues after expiry. This does not prohibit communication genuinely established independently without using Staff Finder information. Permitted contact does not authorise profile copying, export, scraping or external sharing. Sections 4 and 5 of the Employer Terms govern these access and contact rules.

Automated Access

Automated extraction tools including bots, scrapers, scripts, or similar technologies are strictly prohibited.

Reporting Violations

Users may report suspected violations via support@stafffinder.io or through the platform support page. Staff Finder will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action.

Policy Updates

Material changes will be notified at least seven days before their effective date, with an in platform notice for at least fourteen days following the update. Continued use constitutes acceptance where lawful; separate consent is obtained where required.

Enforcement

Staff Finder decides profile approval, presentation, ordering, matching eligibility and visibility, using its review process and applicable platform rules. Candidates cannot require a particular search position, display format, employer audience, verification result or favourable evaluation. Staff Finder may request corrections, restrict features, make a profile invisible, suspend or permanently exclude an account for suspected or established false identity or experience, forged documents, duplicate accounts, misleading content, harassment, misuse, security risks, breaches of these terms or other reasonable grounds connected with platform integrity, suitability for the service or legal compliance. Staff Finder will notify affected candidates of the action and, where lawful and appropriate, its reason. Candidates may contact admin@stafffinder.io to challenge a factual error or request review. Payment does not override these controls. Mandatory personal data rights remain available. Employers and other users may also be restricted for breach. Mandatory remedies remain available.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by UAE law with jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Additional safeguards

Do not post deceptive or unlawful vacancies, request prohibited recruitment or employment fees from candidates, use discriminatory hiring practices contrary to applicable law, or use the platform for exploitation or trafficking. Do not disclose another person’s data without authority.

Staff Finder’s database rights do not override a person’s mandatory rights to access their own personal data or obtain a legally required copy. Users must not record another person’s call without the notice, authority and consent required by law. Only current verification enables candidate applications, subject to matching requirements; manipulating verification status or eligibility is prohibited.
